Meals are provided to a set menu and we can offer a vegetarian option to our dining customers providing the request is made to our office, via the relevant tour promoter, at least 7 days prior to the tour. It is not possible to request vegetarian options on the day of travel. Regretfully, due to the constraints associated with 'on train catering' we are unable to offer any other special dietary requirements (i.e. nut allergy, vegan, gluten free diets etc).
The Gravy Train Catering Company are immensely proud of their 5 star food hygiene rating and work extremely hard to maintain this high standard.
Suppliers of food and ingredients to Gravy Train Catering have been, and continue to be, scrutinised to ensure these high standards are maintained.
Whilst The Gravy Train Catering Company allow passengers to provide their own food due to any special dietary requirements (i.e. nut allergy, vegan, gluten free diets etc.) they cannot accept responsibility for the quality or hygiene of such foods not supplied and prepared by them.
